Internal Communications Manager - or rather known as Colleague Engagement Manager

Colleague Engagement Manager needed for a nationwide facilities and property business

Salary:
Up to £42,000 DOE

Location:
Central London - Very Flexible Working Policy

Contract: 12 Month FTC
A role responsible for the key messaging and communications priorities internally.

Internal communication responsibilities across events and campaigns and copy-writing/content.

Key Responsibilities:

Able to define and deliver on communications strategies.
Deliver across intranet channels, social, video, print and offline channels.
Effective interpersonal and management skills.
Provide effective support of the wider communications team internally and colleagues.
Get stuck into effective delivery of communications across the full matrix.
Report on results of the business functions and internal communications.
Will be responsible for investigating, analyze and contextualize complex ideas and issues.

Requirements:

Experience shaping and driving internal communications plans and improving the internal reputation.
Must be able to prove you are an effective communications leader.
Must be able to deliver good communications practices.

This is a 12 Month FTC, with an immediate start date. Flexible working with bi-weekly non-negotiable meeting in Central London.
