Job Description:
As a System Consultant with 3-5yrs experience, you will play a pivotal role in our project delivery process, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Capturing and documenting business requirements, including User Requirements Specifications (URS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Performing data analysis and data mining to extract actionable insights.
- Conducting business processing and data modeling activities to support solution design and implementation.
- Coordinating with customers, business representatives, and Business Analysts to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Managing project activities, including planning, risk assessment, resource management, and cost management.
- Analyzing business development activities, identifying and developing new opportunities, and recommending system improvements.
- Ensuring service delivery activities meet customer targets and managing service levels effectively.
- Driving continuous improvements in Service Delivery Management processes.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers regarding all life science project deliverables.
Desired Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with strong selfmotivation and resultsdriven attitude.
- Willingness and ability to quickly acquire new technical skills and business principles.
- Proficient in critical thinking and logical reasoning, with a good understanding of software workflows.
- Proven experience with a customer/clientfocused delivery model.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, ITIL concepts, and Database Design/Data Modeling concepts.
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager/Analyst.
- Previous experience working on largescale implementation projects.
- Experience with integration and system interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 classification in Computer Science, Technology, or related field.
- Highly preferable: Project Management or Business Analyst certification.
Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
