Salary:
£29,000 - £30,000 per annum
East Grinstead (partially home-based and partially office-based) Full time for first month, minimum 2 days thereafter in the office.


As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support for the Head Office HR function.

This includes managing various HR processes such as absence data, contract changes, staff benefits, recruitment, welfare, policies, and procedures to meet the business needs.


Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
Provide first-line HR support, escalating queries when necessary.

Administer the full employee life cycle including setup of employee files, coordinating recruitment checks, delivering inductions, and managing the leaver process.

Prepare and issue all change of contract letters and associated paperwork.
Maintain accurate records in the SAP HCM system and electronic staff records.
Administer absence and other HR records in line with processes.
Manage the HR PO process, including PO set up, amending limits, and arranging payment of invoices.
Manage OpenBlend, including account management and data reporting.
Provide administrative support across People Development including administering the LMS and tracking budget spend.
Support the delivery of learning, training, and events programmes.
Collect and collate evaluation and measurement data on third-party learning and development suppliers.
Maintain HR working practices and process notes.
Provide ad hoc project and recruitment support and any other duties as required.


Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Previous HR experience in a generalist administrative capacity, using integrated HR systems.
Previous experience providing administrative support for recruitment activities.
Working knowledge of G Suite, Word, and Excel.
Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
