Attention all experienced educators We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join our team as the Year 3 & 4 Phase Leader.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to take on a leadership role and inspire our young learners to reach their full potential.

As the Year 3 & 4 Phase Leader, you will be responsible for leading the curriculum development, assessmentand reporting for our Year 3 and 4 students, as well as working closely with the senior leadership team to drive school-wide improvement.


In addition to teaching a Year 4 class, you will have the opportunity to lead professional development for your colleagues, mentor new teachers, and work with parents and caregivers to ensure that all students are reaching their full potential.


  • A proven track record of excellent teaching in the primary school setting
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in curriculum development
  • A deep understanding of assessment and reporting
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and caregivers
  • A genuine passion for teaching and learning
