Maintaining and updating filing systems, databases and records- Pipeline chasing
- Compiling quotations and projections
- Supporting the advisers with various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an financial services administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
