Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with teachers to implement individualized education plans for students with diverse learning needs
  • Provide oneonone support to students during class and in small group settings
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
  • Collaborate with teachers to modify classroom materials and assessments as needed
  • Support students with behavioural and socialemotional needs in the classroom and around the school
  • Support the ethos of the school

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a Learning Support Assistant or working within a SEN setting in the past
  • Knowledge of individualised education plans and special education policies and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
