Weve made exciting progress with our virtual ward and patient numbers are continuing to increase in line with our plan to reach 250 patients by the end of the year.

We already have a team of experienced clinicians supporting the virtual ward and we now wish to add pharmacists to our VW team to ensure they have access to medicines experts.

We are looking for someone who has extensive clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

You will need to have excellent communication, clinical and negotiation skills, as well as experience of managing staff, leading a team as well as providing education and training.
