Description

Our client are a well-known and highly successful organisation within the Insurance industry, who have invested heavily in their Yorkshire presence.

They're also investing heavily in technology as they move to an agile way of working - this is an opportunityto use your experience to make a real difference.


Day-to-day, this will involve coaching and facilitating mixed squads of c6-10 individuals, who are at the start of their Agile transformation and own a specific value stream.

You'll lead on initiatives such as establishing measures and metrics, using yourexperience to deliver real value to the business and your people.

Your excellent communication skills, deep understanding of scrum values, agile principles and coaching methods will set you up for success in the role.


The role is signed off to c£60k plus a fantastic benefits package (including a paid sabbatical) and a strong bonus.

You'll work alongside colleagues in their central York office once a week - more if you want to.
