The Change Management Coordinator position supports the Change Manager, in implementing and ensuring compliance of all changes, processes and systems used related to the multiple regulations to be adhered to.

As our next Change Management Coordinator you will be assisting our Change Manager in implementing and ensuring compliance of all changes, processes and systems used related to the multiple Regulations to be adhered to.

A typical day in the life of a Change Coordinator will be assisting with multiple stakeholder queries, ensuring adherence to the Policy and processes, analysing reports, communicating at all levels with internal and external stakeholders, managing Change audits, analysing Regulations, collaborating with multiple teams to streamline processes, maintaining information assets and anything else which may crop up - there is nothing permanent except Change

Key Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Desirable.


  • Previous compliance experience

  • Desirable.
  • Degree or Diploma in IT or related field advantageous.
  • Proven experience in an IT environment (Preferably Operational or Change related).
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, events or resources under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular Change Management Reporting.
  • Communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining Information Assets related to the Change system.
  • Management of Quarterly Change Audits.
  • Risk Management.
  • Training and upskilling all stakeholders.
  • Facilitating Daily sessions ensuring adherence to Compliance.
  • Implementing Change processes and policies.
  • Ensuring standardization and alignment between systems, offices. and Business Units in terms of Change Management processes.
