Customer Service ExecutiveEsher, Surrey

35/36 hour week with shifts with some hybrid availability for early and late shifts
My client is seeking several International Customer Services Executives to work in this great team of International Customer Services Advisors
You will be supporting clients who hold policies with this company and are calling with incident they need support with for health issues or more serious acute incidents
- You should have approximately 6 months Customer Service experience
- Be able to work under pressure in a busy team
- Happy to work shifts on a rota earliest start 7am and latest finish 10pm on a 35 hour week with 4 days on and 3 days off
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Have empathy and emotional intelligence
- Be a Team Player
