New Homes Sales Consultant - Halifax, United Kingdom - Connells Group

Due to our continued success, we are looking to employ a sales negotiator to specialise in our new homes business.
This role is varied and interesting and involves working with small to medium house builders/developers in several locations around West Yorkshire.
Some sites will involve selling off plan whilst others will have a property that is partially built or a show home.
This role will involve travelling between offices and different sites.One day you're in site boots, the next in a perfect show home or one of our high street offices.
The role involved:
- Explaining the developments and selling the UPS's for each site
- Arrange viewings and conducting site tours.
- Building a good relationship with the potential buyer to get constructive feedback and deal with any objections, negotiating to achieve a sale.
- Upselling mortgage services, legal services, and choices options.
- Co ordinating reservation paperwork, AML checks and compliance paperwork
- Liaising with site Managers to complete choices visits and payments on time for the build program
- Managing the buyer's journey with build updates via video/whattsapp and calls
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and the buyer to expedite exchange of contracts
- Liaising with other agents to check chains and give progress reports to all parties
- Completing pre hand over visits and key handovers on completion
- Completing weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders
This includes:
- Supporting and working with local offices and sales teams to produce activity and sales results.
- Regular site visits to ensure the marketing is up to date, show homes are presented appropriately, new images are taken, and social media is up to date.
- Liaising with internal and external contractors for ongoing marketing including digital dressing, photographers, board orders and website design.
- Working alongside the sales manager with the ongoing marketing strategy, organising and attending new site launches, open days, and incentive weekends (some weekend working required)
- Ensure all marketing literature, online adverts and in house information is up to date and compliant.
- Creating ongoing social media content specific to each site
- Liaising with site teams for build updates
What we are looking for:
You need be able to work on multiple projects all with different specifications, USP's and clients.
A real problem solver with a can-do attitude - multi tasking is essential.
Organised - with multiple locations, there are lots of different branches, it is a busy environment we need someone who can manage their own time and prioritise tasks effectively.
An eye for detail and creative flair for social media posts and marketing is key.
A people person - this role is all about working with a wide range of buyers, clients and in house staff.
You must be able to work between the hours of
- 45am 6pm Monday Friday
- Alternate Saturday's (with a day off in Lieu)
