Blackline Safety Europe is looking for a full-time Stock Assistant to assist with all aspects of stock control. This is a vital role to Blackline Safety Europe.

Your main focus in this role is to ensure our Stock Department is running smoothly, working as a team and on your own.

The main objective of the Stock Department is to ensure our customers always have access to the products they need and can be reassured all products are shipped out with high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all parcels coming into the warehouse.
Booking in stock from HQ and performing relevant QA checks.
Managing inventory of demo and evaluation equipment coming in and out.
Pulling a daily report of outstanding sales orders and fulfilling from oldest to new.
Working with couriers to ship and resolve logistic queries.
Carrying out QA checks on all products when needed.
Performing cycle stock checks, quarterly.
Ensuring accurate stock rotation, FIFO.
Requesting intercompany purchase orders.
Supporting the Stock Supervisor with general daily tasks.

Desired Skills

Previously worked in a warehouse role.
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to solve customer problems.
Self-Starter.
Ability to adapt to considerable variety in the workplace.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A team player with the proven ability to interact effectively with other groups, departments, clients, and partners.
Must be detailedoriented and accurate in all work activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience (Minimum 1 year).
Use of CRM/ERP systems.
Manufacturing.
Electronics/Technology.
