They are looking for a creative individual to join their team as a Graphic Designer based in West London. This role will allow you to work with a successful company and expand your knowledge within the marketing sector.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Graphic Designer role:

  • You will support the Senior Designer in building design guidelines for campaigns; putting these to the test across multiple channels.
  • You will support the junior designers in the team, leading by example and coaching them in their roles to ensure they produce impeccable work that reflects our brand values and ties back to design guidelines which you have helped create.
  • Attend brainstorm sessions for cultural calendar moments and trade reactive promotions; responding to marketing briefs to create best in class, engaging concepts.
  • Confidently present concepts to the team and internal stakeholders.
  • Handover and brief work to the artwork team for them to deliver print ready files and digital assets for deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal team and content developers to push the boundaries of design and functionality for the website and app.
  • Design and develop seasonal product branding.
  • Assist the Senior Designer in maintaining seasonal brand and design style guides for the product design and marketing teams; ensuring design across all channels, both online and offline, is consistent.
  • You are fascinated by what makes brands tick and talented enough to turn that understanding into memorable multichannel designs.

Profile

  • A strong holistic view to creative problem solving whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail
  • Proven experience in concepting modern and engaging multi channel design
  • Work well within a team as leader and collaborator
  • Work under extreme pressure to meet creative deadlines
  • Communicate clearly, accurately and confidently
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Technical knowledge of both web development and print processes
  • Experience in CMS based design and templating
  • High technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch and Invision
  • Understanding of CSS and HTML. Other coding languages a plus
  • Understanding of Scene Seven or similar backend image server
