What to expect of your role:

You will be a part of our Turkish/English - speaking Finance Support team, responsible for providing high-quality finance service for our product for the Turkish/English market.

We have a friendly environment, training is provided from the first day so you can perform to the fullest and you will be working on a shift-based schedule.

Depending on your location, you can choose to work from either of our offices:
London, Budva, and Tbilisi.


You will be expected to:


  • Giving required support to CS, efficiently, effectively and in accordance with priority, impact;
  • Monitoring issues in the transaction flow. Be able to investigate and understand the root of the problem;
  • Escalate to the appropriate group or department a detailed issue tracking (ticket), and status update to the logger (requester), according to procedures;
  • Handle chargeback cases in accordance with the procedure;
  • Be able to understand fraudulent patterns and report them in a timely manner.
  • Checking KYC and processing payouts. Communicate with payment providers and merchants.
  • Process payout 24/7 for brands and other merchants.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 1+ year of experience as Customer Support Representative;
  • Written and spoken English (at least upperintermediate);
  • Strong timemanagement and organisational skills;
  • Customerfocused;
  • Multitasking. Be good at planning and organising your own schedule;
  • Problemsolving: Identify barriers that prevent achieving goals and standards;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in clientfacing situations, to achieve positive outcomes;
  • Firm understanding of Excel/Google sheets. Basic HTML understanding;
  • Be familiar with different payment types and how they work;
  • Be flexible with your schedule. Possible day/night shifts;
  • Understanding what Chargeback, KYC and sports/casino bets.

What will be an advantage:


  • Good written and spoken Turkish.
