Ethically, the company is people centred to encourage the best outcome from employees. This role would suit a current Engineering Manager or a Multi-skilled Engineer with proven leadership experience.

PEOPLE | ENGINEERING | CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT -In order of importance, these are the core skills required to succeed in this role. You must be able to manage a small team of engineers and demonstrate effective communication skills. Youmust also possess the skills to promote team engagement and involvement in achieving all site KPI's.

What you will be doing

Work closely with the Operations Manager to drive change and champion a culture of continuous improvement in a world class manufacturing environment.
Act as site lead on all maintenance and engineering activity.
Develop and implement all planned preventative maintenance plans.
Minimize breakdowns to ensure all failures are investigated; use root cause analysis to ensure effective corrective plans are implemented.
Promote a positive Health and Safety culture across the site.
Engage and lead colleagues in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) philosophies to improve productivity and quality.

Monday - Friday
