Sheldon Bosley Knight are a Firm of Land and Property Professionals with its Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon. Over the last five years, the business has grown and developed to over 200+ staff and consultants based in 16 offices.


With roots dating back more than 180 years, the business has extensive local knowledge, and the company has strong relationships with many local professional advisors and plays a pivotal role in the communities that it serves.


As well as offering rural advice and professional services, SBK manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuation, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.

We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for converting Legal quote requests over the telephone.

The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, working through a clear process driven script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, instructions, and reactions.


The role involves working with a unique conveyancing service that places client experience at the heart of the property transaction.

The start of this journey, whether selling or buying, involves undegrading the element of the quote, having a sound knowledge of Estate Agency, and understanding the skill involved in meeting client expectations to achieve their aim to complete as smoothly and quickly as possible.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
  • Answering customers questions on the products.
  • Meeting sales quotas and conversion KPI's.

Key Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
