This an exciting opportunity for a conscientious, hardworking and experienced
Assistant Lettings Manager / Listerto joina well-known multi-office local agency who offer excellent earning and career development.

If you are looking for a new position with a well-known busy brand that has an excellent client base and strong local presence, then this could be the position for you.

You will need to have some previous experience in working within a Lettings Agency, as you will be expected to hit the ground running.

You will need to have an excellent track record in both negotiating rental contracts, generating and winning new business opportunities.

Familiarity with the local area would be a distinct advantage.

You will well-presented, articulate, well-spoken, energetic, proactive, great on the phone and great with people.

Previous Residential Lettings experience essential
Ability to work well under pressure

Full UK driving licence and own car
