Description

Our established client based in Biggleswade is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

This position will be based in Biggleswade, on a part time, temp to permanent basis.

Hours are Friday - Monday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities will include:

Inbound and outbound calls to customers and their Internal branches.
Processing customer's website placed orders.
Processing internal branches placed orders
Conversing with customers via on‐line chat and e‐mail
Assisting customers when using our website
General office duties Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
Computer literate
Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
Strong work ethic and initiative

Full training will be provided internally on our own in‐house computer system.

Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude.

Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
