About the role:
Learning support worker (Walthamstow)

Join us in an incredibly rewarding role as a Support Worker for students with complex needs between the ages of 16 and 25 years old As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to create a safe, dynamic, and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and development.

Through positive interactions, you will help to build the confidence and self-esteem of our students, while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure their progress is always our top priority.

Committed to supporting young people with complex needs, autism, and challenging behaviour.

A dedicated and friendly team of staff.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:4 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
