We are recruiting for a permanentMechanical Maintenance Engineer to work at a long established manufacturer based in Poole.
The shift pattern
12 hour continental shift pattern.
Days 6am-6pm for 2 weeks then, Nights 6pm-6am for the next 2 and so on.
Every other weekend off.
Salary
Starting salary is £35,545 per annum including shift allowance
Salary increases as you progress through to Level 2 and 3 eventually reaching an annual salary of £39k and £43k plus.

Overview
- Carry Out Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Maintain Records of Machine Running Hours
- Attend To Machine Breakdowns and Ensure Continuity of Production
- Assist Electrician as Required
- Assist On Tool Changes As Required
- Liase With Shift Supervisor To Prioritise Work Load
- Complete Sign Off Forms For Each Task
- Work In A Safe And Tidy Manner
- Completed Apprenticeship
- A Formal Qualification City & Guilds
- Welding Experience
- Ability To Problem Solve
- Should be a Team Player
