Central Support Manager


We are delighted to now be recruiting for a Central Support Manager, on behalf of a fantastically positioned premium Leisure Management and Consultancy company based in Surrey with facilities in and around Central London.

The company offers a range of servicesto premium private leisure facilities across the gym and spa sector including consultancy, supply and management.

The role of Central Support Manager is primarily a desk-based role, in which the duties cover a variety of responsibilities across Human Resources,Finance, Health and Safety, Employee Wellbeing and General support for the Area and Senior Management teams.


Key Duties:


  • Recruitment and onboarding on new employees, including compliance and support documentation
  • Generate quotes, raise purchase orders and invoicing
  • Assist with facility inspections and site visits
  • To audit and be a key driver of brand standards and culture
  • Management of events across the portfolio
  • Support and cover to the Area Managers and Senior Management team

Skills / Experience:


  • Understanding and experience of HR processes including interviewing
  • A genuine passion for wellbeing that is reflected in all behaviours and communications
  • Knowledge and interest in the Health and Fitness Industry, ideally with experience in management
  • Operational experience from within the Fitness, Spa or Hospitality industry
  • A 'doer' who will go the extra mile to complete tasks and achieve success.
  • A good written communicator
  • Ability to manage several different tasks at the same time and prioritise effectively.


This role will be a mixture of office based (Surrey), site visits (Central London) and working from home, 40hrs per week.
