Reporting to the Area HR Business Partner and working as part of a global HR team, this is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor who is looking to expand their skills and experience within a growing international business.


You will be the first point of contact, providing consultative partnership to our leaders in the UK supporting around 200 employees.

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm

Contract:
Permanent, Full time in office

Key responsibilities**:

  • Recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Management of daytoday employee relations.
  • Support the UK payroll administration process including pension administration.
  • HR reporting.
  • Contribute towards the successful implementation of key local and global HR initiatives and programmes i.e. employee engagement survey, employee recognition programme, global salary review, annual employee review and global HR system.
  • Coordinate and administer ISO processes and procedures for the HR function.
  • Review and implement HR processes which meet the needs of the organisation and in accordance with UK employment legislation.
  • Minimum level 3 CIPD.
  • Minimum 3 years operational HR experience (ideally gained within a manufacturing environment).
  • Experience of UK employment law, recruitment and payroll processes.
  • Ability to operate with speed, take ownership and work as one team.
