If you're a production or quality team supervisor, and you love the idea of getting more exposure to Continuous Improvement projects, this will be one for you

Our client, one of Cambridgeshire's most highly regarded manufactures are continuing their enormous phase of growth, and creating exciting new roles left, right & centre.

This business has a strong reputation for emphasizing employee engagement & experience, whilst continuing to manufacture one of most premium range of products within their very interesting industry.

This role will involve management of the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team (8-10 staff), ensuring the department processes are followed, but also taking an objective looks at continued areas of non-conformance and establishing plans to improve the production process.

What's on offer?

Competitive, operational teamleader/supervisor level salary
Monday to Friday hours, 1pm finish each Friday

What will you need?

Supervisor or Team Leader experience in manufacturing production or quality
Passion for Continuous Improvement
Ideally experience within a high quality product range
