Senior Royalties Analyst

Location:
Victoria House, Bloomsbury Square, Holborn, London

Working pattern:
Hybrid - minimum 2 days a week from the office, up to 3 days from home

£26,000 per annum

General Summary
We are currently recruiting for the position of royalties administrator for 6 months FTC (with possible extension).


Key responsibilities

  • Enter new contracts and contractual amendments into the Biblio royalty system
  • Maintain contractual data, keeping it up to date to ensure accurate calculation of royalty earnings
  • Create, analyse and work from reports
  • Process Third-Party royalty statements and payments
  • Chase missing Third-Party royalty statements
  • Liaise with clients and agents regarding royalty statement queries
  • To effectively communicate with teams across multiple departments and offices to ensure an accurate information flow
  • Assist on projects to help improve and grow the business
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to learn quickly is essential
  • Strong maths skills and basic knowledge of Excel are necessary
  • Wellorganised individual, able to prioritise effectively across multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of the publishing industry advantageous but not essential
  • Must be comfortable communicating with external parties and be able to build positive relationships with our authors, illustrators and agents
  • Must be comfortable with a mix of team working and working remotely, including being part of the wider team across Bonnier Books UK
  • Friendly, approachable and able to remain calm under pressure
