General Summary
We are currently recruiting for the position of royalties administrator for 6 months FTC (with possible extension).
Key responsibilities
- Enter new contracts and contractual amendments into the Biblio royalty system
- Maintain contractual data, keeping it up to date to ensure accurate calculation of royalty earnings
- Create, analyse and work from reports
- Process Third-Party royalty statements and payments
- Chase missing Third-Party royalty statements
- Liaise with clients and agents regarding royalty statement queries
- To effectively communicate with teams across multiple departments and offices to ensure an accurate information flow
- Assist on projects to help improve and grow the business
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to learn quickly is essential
- Strong maths skills and basic knowledge of Excel are necessary
- Wellorganised individual, able to prioritise effectively across multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the publishing industry advantageous but not essential
- Must be comfortable communicating with external parties and be able to build positive relationships with our authors, illustrators and agents
- Must be comfortable with a mix of team working and working remotely, including being part of the wider team across Bonnier Books UK
- Friendly, approachable and able to remain calm under pressure
