We have an exciting opening for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Van Driver.

Position Overview:

As an Van Driver, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the safe and timely multi drop deliveries of palletised goods to our clients.

This is a ongoing position, based in Sherburn -In-Elmet area with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Van vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues

Load and unload palletised goods in a secure and organized manner using a pump truck and tail lift.

Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines

Complete all necessary paperwork, including maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections

Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and provide updates on delivery status

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Van Driver

Valid licence and maximum of 6 points on your licence

Strong time management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
