Democratic Services Officer (x2 Posts) - Ref: RT17922

Salary G8:
£32,909 - £37,261 per annum.

If successful, you would join a supportive team with a strong focus on supporting individuals to maximise their potential.

Ideally having previous experience of local authority Committee work and a keen interest in local politics you will:

Manage a variety of Council meetings drafting agendas, reports and minutes;
Understand Committee procedures;
Use your own initiative and work well under pressure to meet tight schedules and deadlines;
Be confident and tactful in dealing with elected members and senior officers;
Think logically and plan;
Embrace new technology.

In terms of working arrangements, we have a hybrid approach, working in the office when it is required.
