Job Description:


Qualifications:


  • Oversee pre & postproduction of video assets across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, and more
  • Ideate content ideas and collaborate with designers, social media managers, and editors to build engaging content
  • Build, own, and maintain video calendars, ensuring information is always uptodate and shared with appropriate stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal and client teams to facilitate talent and products needed for video content
  • Create video briefs for remote talent creation and ensure assets meet all objectives
  • Responsible for making sure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and optimized for performance
  • Build production timelines, shot lists, scripts, storyboards, budgets, run of show and delivery deadlines.
  • Reasonable for ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly on brief, time and budget.
  • Manage asset libraries to ensure all media is archived appropriately.
  • Report, analyze, and optimize against KPIs on a biweekly basis and present key insights and strategic decisions on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor competitors in the space and share relevant learnings with the client and team.
  • Work with the paid media team to support the deployment of social campaigns.
  • Support the development and creation of video strategies with current and future clients.
  • Embody the voice of the brand at every touchpoint with channelspecific tactics.
  • Mentoring & supporting production practitioners.
  • Be an advocate for Jellyfish's values and culture at all times.

What you'll bring to the role (skills and experience)

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or a related area
  • 5 8 years of experience at an agency or related field
  • Expertise with Adobe creative suite, primarily Premiere Pro and Photoshop
  • Must demonstrate excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Experience increasing engagement by producing original videos on social platforms
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fastpaced environment and keep calm under pressure
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to communicate
  • Have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Must be a team player and be able to wear different hats as needed
