Tacos + Tequila's 2nd branch in Clapham South - a vibrant taqueria, looking for an experienced
head waiter/waitress.

We are hiring organised, reliable, and committed team members with experience.

  • Monitoring customer and client satisfaction
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
  • Assisting the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  • Coordinating daytoday operations
  • Ensuring that company guidelines are followed
  • Ensuring that goals and objectives are met
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Reporting any problems or accidents to senior management
  • Filling in for senior management in case of their absence
  • Working with clients: greeting, taking orders, delivering food and drinks
  • Working with Opentable and Lightspeed system
  • Monitoring client satisfaction
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
  • Supporting the general manager as needed
  • Opening and closing venue
  • Helping and supporting other team members
