Client Service team Assistant

Central Liverpool

Salary up £23k

Two days Remote Offered


My client is an award winning National Law firm who are looking to recruit Client Service Team Assistants within a fantastic department.


What does the role involve?:


  • Providing professional answers to client enquiries
  • Identifying client needs and either responding or feeding these back to the rest of the team for action
  • Keeping records of all client conversations on our secure database (in line with ICO requirements)
  • Meeting targets in terms of quality of conversations
  • Delivering a professional client service at all times.
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • An ability to multitask
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word).
  • Highly organised
  • A keen attention to detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
