Part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk

If you have a knack for numbers and enjoy working in a dynamic finance team, this might be the perfect fit for you. We are currently looking for a Part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client, a well-established SME manufacturing business located near Colwick.

About Our Client:

Our client is a successful SME in the manufacturing industry that is gearing up for exciting changes. With plans to grow and implement a new finance ERP system (Sage X3), this is a great time to become a part of their journey.

Your Role:

  • Match delivery notes to invoices
  • Process approximately 1,000 purchase invoices monthly
  • Print and file invoices
  • Obtain invoice approvals and credit notes
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced finance environment
  • Have a basic understanding of Excel
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
