Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a
Senior Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client based within the
Newtown area.
This position is maternity leave cover, minimum of 9 months from April.
Working Hours:24 hours a week (3 days, 8hr shifts)
Salary:
£17,700 per annum.
Experience/Attributes we are looking for...
- AAT Level 3 qualified
- Strong work ethic and enthusiastic
- Ability to work on your own merit and prioritise workloads accordingly
- Minimum of 3 years experience within accounts management, with relevant experience completing the responsibilities listed below
Your daily responsibilities will include...
- Processing VAT
- Closing off accounting periods
- Bank/Receivable/Payable reconciliations
- Journal entries to general ledger
- Preparation of monthly Accounts Management
- Balance HP/Loan accounts
- Update fixed assets post depreciation
- Prepare W.I.P for review
- Process of multicurrency transactions
- Collaborative management of debtors with Accounts admin
- Management of new customers/vendors/Parts under financial parameters
- Prepaid payment card expenses checks and preparation
- Payroll preparation/new employees paperwork
Job Types:

Part-time hours: 24 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
