Reed Tutors is an accredited tuition partner with the National Tutoring Programme (NTP), delivering 1:1 and small group intervention within local authorityfunded and independent education settings.

The programme will ensure accessible, differentiated, and high-quality tuition available to pupils nationwide.

You will be:

Providing quality education and care for children.
Preparing and delivering lesson plans that meet the National Curriculum.
Using a variety of learning techniques to support the learner utilising a cross curricular or topicbased approach.
Planning and providing a caring and stimulating environment that is appropriate for individual children and enables them to reach their full potential.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families.
Observing and assessing children's development and keeping accurate record of their achievement.
Ensuring that the service you provide to learners is thorough, inspiring and aids in their development.
