HOT NEW JOB Internal Sales Administrator
- £26,500k per annum OTE (full time-permanent) plus company bonus.

My client, one of Blackburn's most well established, award winning and innovative employers are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Administrator/Account Manager due to rapid growth, is this your next career?

A bit more about the role:

  • This role supports the Commercial Team in delivering a world-class service that provides meaningful value to customers through the sale of optimal solutions that drives the company's success.
The role holder will report to the Commercial Manager and will work closely with colleagues within the Commercial Team.

Key responsibilities:
Through sound communication skills and effective customer interactions, develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.


In supporting the relevant sales region and/or business unit, contribute to the achievement of agreed and understood team targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).


Complete after sales follow up with appropriate customers to ensure that customers are satisfied with our service and identify potential repeat business opportunities.

Attain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, evidenced through recognised satisfaction measurements.

Contribute to a demonstrable increase in stock sales.


Regularly and fully utilise a bespoke Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in the upkeep and management of customer and sales data in line with agreed protocol.

Work alongside commercial team to ensure that customer needs are met and managed successfully.

Education/Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
Sales background, particularly in relation to a solutions focused approach.

Good IT skills with practical experience of Microsoft Office, CRM and other data management systems.

Commercially aware with the ability to spot and maximise selling opportunities as they arise.

Excellent communication skills with particular focus on building rapport and trust over the phone.

Technical appreciation of construction industry.

Tenacious and organised, operates proactively with a "follow-up" mind set.


The package on offer:
Working hours are Mon - Thu 8:30-5:00pm Fri 8:30-4:30pm.
Salary £26,500k per annum and £30k per annum OTE.
33 days holiday including bank holiday and Christmas shut down.
Death in service insurance.
Free parking on site.
Christmas Voucher.
Company pension scheme contribution of 3%
