You'll have some experience of carrying out administration tasks, supporting meetings as well as have a good understanding of the importance of customer care.

Using good verbal and written communication skills, you'll provide excellent customer service when resolving and responding to a variety of enquiries.

With strong organisational skills, you'll be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment; ensuring telephone enquiries are answered in an efficient manner.

You'll have proficient IT skills to carry out general administrative tasks, maintain records and databases and produce simple reports to aid service delivery.

Working with speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail, to deliver a high-quality frontline service.
