We design, supply, install, commission, service and maintain a wide range of Airconditing, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Renewable and Heating equipment, from all the leading manufacturers to Commercial, Industrial & Domestic stakeholders.

The Role:

This is an entry level position within the Finance Department. You will gain experience in a variety of accounts functions, with the main focus being on the sales ledger.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collation, allocation, analysis and review of employee expenses
  • Support with the Sales Ledger activities
  • Raise Sales invoices
  • Support with the Purchase Ledger
  • Data Entry
  • Cross reference various reports, extracting key data
  • Any additional administration tasks when required

We are looking for individuals who can meet the following requirements:

  • You will be a team player
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • A good communicator with the ability to ask questions
  • Flexibility with both your time and ability to complete a variety of different tasks
  • A keen interest with numbers
  • A desire to learn
  • Payroll experience preferable
  • GSCE Maths & English at Grade 4 or above

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kingston upon Hull, HU3 4DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
