Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a client based in Emersons Green with their search for two Customer Service Officers on a temporary basis, until the end of this year.

This opportunity is office based until training is completed. After this point you will be offered hybrid working.


Key Responsibilities:


  • The handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Acting as 1st line support for users.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Team and the 2nd line technical team.
  • To monitor and ensure your caseload is managed within agreed parameters.
  • To ensure all assistance and advice provided is in line with company regulations.
  • Manage record reconciliation with other staff members and escalate any identified risks.
  • The ensure all records are up to date.
  • To monitor regulatory reporting to ensure any identified risks.
  • Ensure work is completed to internal procedures and FCA regulatory requirements
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
  • The drive to gain knowledge and learn new skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • The ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Motivated with excellent time management
  • Available immediately

Further details:

- _Monday to Friday_
  • No weekends
  • Hours: _8:30 17:00_
  • Hybrid working to be offered once training is complete.
  • Free onsite parking

Salary:
£10.25-£11.28 per hour
