Salary up to £50,000 + Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Guest Services / Reception Manager to manage a state of the art, corporate service provision on behalf of our client who are renowned for their 5* standards.

The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience to all visitors and users of the site.

You will manage a large team to ensure a seamless and outstanding service is maintained.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Managing the guest welcome and hosting across the various reception areas
  • Working in synergy with all service providers
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of all site events
  • Training, developing and mentoring a team of around 30 to ensure all clients expectations are met
  • Maintaining an oversight of the account, managing all key stakeholders, conducting regular service reviews

What you will need:

  • Proven experience of managing a large team across various service areas
  • An innovative and creative flair, with an ability to take leadership on a variety of projects
  • Commercial awareness, understanding financial, service levels, and KPIs
  • A luxury or high end corporate background
