We are looking for an experienced Guest Services / Reception Manager to manage a state of the art, corporate service provision on behalf of our client who are renowned for their 5* standards.
The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience to all visitors and users of the site.
You will manage a large team to ensure a seamless and outstanding service is maintained.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing the guest welcome and hosting across the various reception areas
- Working in synergy with all service providers
- Assisting with the planning and execution of all site events
- Training, developing and mentoring a team of around 30 to ensure all clients expectations are met
- Maintaining an oversight of the account, managing all key stakeholders, conducting regular service reviews
What you will need:
- Proven experience of managing a large team across various service areas
- An innovative and creative flair, with an ability to take leadership on a variety of projects
- Commercial awareness, understanding financial, service levels, and KPIs
- A luxury or high end corporate background
