The Role:

You'll play an essential role acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home; helping to improve our service by directing visitors and telephone calls to the correct location in a friendly and efficient manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player are essential as well as the ability to approach tasks with confidence and clarity and be able to work using your own initiative.
