Looking for a sales superstar with a passion for luxury homes Our client is seeking a talented and motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join the team on a temporary basis.

As the face of the brand, you'll be responsible for showcasing the stunning luxury homes to prospective buyers, and making sure customers fall in love with every detail.


As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be the ultimate people person, able to connect with clients and understand their unique needs.

Your passion for sales and luxury living will be contagious, as you guide buyers through the purchase process and help them envision themselves in their dream home.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome prospective buyers to our model homes and sales offices
  • Provide tours of the homes and communicate key features and benefits
  • Build relationships with buyers and identify their needs and preferences
  • Guide buyers through the purchase process, from contract to closing
  • Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to promote our homes and drive sales

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or highend real estate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
