Your new role

With a team of 3-4 Colleagues in our First Line of Defence Team here in London already, (Investment Compliance and Operational Risk Department, ICOR), this role works across both the Business Unit Risk & Control area, partnering with internal businessesand stakeholders in different Groups, as well as the broader Risk Framework implementation.

You'll be taking on responsibilities, enabling the operation and management of risk profiles in line with the Fund's Risk Management Framework;

Providing endtoend risk and control services, using GRC system
Communicating with internal stakeholders, regularly reporting on the risk and control environment
Cover a range of operational risk needs across incident management, identifying remediation, control review and testing, building risk profiles of all units internally
Facilitate and access the impact of process change for different Groups as the teams and offices grow internationally
Monitor risk appetite with indicator program and reporting
Investigate incident management and remediation integration across specific risk areas
Liaise with business units for fund wide approach for policy implementation
Development and prepare appropriate reports and dashboards for boards and committees

This role is based on site at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio.

What you'll need ?

Culture is key at AustralianSuper, and we are looking for someone who is a team player that enjoys working in a high performing collaborative team.

Experience working across first line of defence team(s), including incident management, identifying remediation, control review and testing, and building risk profiles
Significant exposure working with GRC systems, and internal risk management frameworks
Experience within a similar Investment Management environment, general Financial Services and/or Internal Audit
Strong analytical skills, with good attention to detail and communication skills
Good teamplayer, but ability to work independently
