We require Learning support assistants to provide in-class support for individuals and small groups of adult learners.

You will provide support to learning with additional needs such as dyslexia who need some extra support.

  • A Minimum of a Level 2 qualification within support and learning
  • Some SEND experience (if possible)
  • Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
  • Proactive personality with bundles of enthusiasm
  • A calm, caring, nurturing personality and the ability to build a positive rapport with learner and colleagues
