Our customer is in the market for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Darlington. They need someone who can:



  • Handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Organize vehicle collections and deliveries.
  • Create work orders.
  • Interact with customers.
  • Secure fleet authorizations.
  • Estimate and promote additional services.
  • Keep customers updated on progress.
  • Manage invoicing and payments.
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers.

Applicants should be tech-savvy and possess strong communication abilities to qualify for this role.



While accreditation by a brand and solid technical knowledge are advantageous, they are not mandatory.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Darlington, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
