About Us:

At The Supply Room, we understand the importance of providing quality support to children with SEN. We are dedicated to finding talented individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Key Stage 2 students, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.

Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, implementing SEN strategies, and offering one-on-one support to students with ASD.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to students with SEN, particularly ASD, within the Key Stage 2 setting
Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure the needs of SEN students are met effectively

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD
Passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay rates ranging from £81.76 up to £95 a day, with the possibility of negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
