At The Supply Room, we understand the importance of providing quality support to children with SEN. We are dedicated to finding talented individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Key Stage 2 students, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with SEN, particularly ASD, within the Key Stage 2 setting
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure the needs of SEN students are met effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD
- Passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Pay and Benefits:
We offer competitive pay rates ranging from £81.76 up to £95 a day, with the possibility of negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
