About you
Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Expertise Required
- Attention to detail to avoid error
- Excellent organisational ability
- Experience with Microsoft packages and company databases
- Quick to learn new skills and systems
- Previous experience working in a data entry role
- Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Expertise Desirable
- An understanding of a Healthcare setting would be an advantage, but full training will be given
The role also includes;
- Understand how to Navigate the patient access system (Emis)
- Reviewing patient activity against Patient Access System
- Recording patient outcomes
- Recording patient wait times
- Inputting above data into Excel spreadsheet
- This project will roughly require data entry for approx. 6000 patients per month
We expect all Patient Service Administrators to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working independently and as part of a team
- The ability to use their own initiative
