Your focus will be
Reporting into our Head of Business Development for Modus, there will be two elements to this job.
Firstly, you will facilitate the smooth running of everything to do with Sales Support across the Modus Sales team and the wider company.
Secondly, you will provide administrative level support to the Modus Board Directors.Your other duties and responsibilities will be:
Your overall responsibility is bedded in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data to facilitate an effective telemarketing strategy for Modus.
You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as experience using previous CRMs (whether Hubspot or another platform).
You will be passionate about analysing results on a continuous basis, working with excellent attention to detail whilst meeting deadlines.
Sales Support- Attending sales meetings (weekly and as and when required) to take minutes, record actions and ensure they are implemented
- Ensuring the integrity of information flow into our CRM (Hubspot). You will be responsible for ensuring that the data captured through all staff members involved in the sales lifecycle is inputted into the CRM promptly & accurately.
- You will work diligently in ensuring that the information captured is accurate, making all suitable adjustments (corrections, additions, modifications) as and when necessary
- Carrying out weekly, biweekly, and monthly audits across the CRM to pick up on data deficiencies, reporting these to your manager and again working diligently to correct the data as soon as possible.
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete leads, ensuring that all leads are accurately recorded
- Answering questions from your immediate team, you will devise ways to optimise procedures to keep team members engaged in using the CRM.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
Reporting to the Modus Board, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedule, issues & resources of our team projects.
- You will be actively providing administrative and organizational support to all three Directors.
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by Modus Directors.
- Processing expenses for the Directors and PDs
- Organising all projectrelated paperwork and communication
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks
You will bring to the table
- Sales Support experience in a commercial environment
- Proven administrative experience
- The ability to use your own initiative with a "let's complete" attitude
- Personable, outgoing and a natural people person
- Experienced in using MS Office packages
