The Responsible Business team works with stakeholders across the organization to implement EY's sustainability policies, practices and non-financial reporting. The team is part of the broader Global Corporate Responsibility function focused on driving sustainable, inclusive growth.
One of the essential parts of EY's Responsible Business strategy is the implementation of a 'Non-Financial Reporting Hub': a centralized solution and processes for aggregating ESG data, facilitating consistent outputs and narrative, and informing strategy.
The Non-Financial Reporting Hub Leader plays a key role in bringing to life the end to end infrastructure, team, processes, and stakeholder management to EY reporting with upmost transparency, accuracy, and rigor.
The opportunity
Your key responsibilities
- Team with metric owners, the Non-Financial Reporting Hub Product Owner, and other functions to collect, aggregate, and analyze EY ESG data each month
- Drive the creation of EY nonfinancial reports for internal stakeholders (e.g. executive leadership, functional leadership) and external stakeholders (e.g. analysts, RFPs, lenders, standards boards, coalitions)
- Glean and share insights about EY ESG performance, benchmarks, and progress towards goals
- Facilitate the assurance process for selected EY ESG metrics with both internal and external assurance teams
- Work closely with the Responsible Business leader to coordinate the governance and strategic management of EY's ESG strategy, aligning the strategy with EY ambitions and senior leadership teams to address all key material topics
- Engaging with the broader ESG community to share best practices.
- Support strategic projects on an ad hoc basis

- Deliveryfocused with a proven ability to deliver complex portfolios of work, mitigate risk and manage multidimensional dependencies in line with timelines and budget requirements.
- Innovative thinker with a strong interest in developing new ideas and the confidence to champion new ways of working with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication skills
To qualify for the role you must have
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in creating and delivering ESG reports for a large, complex organization
- Strong understanding of the ESG landscape, including ESG frameworks, regulations, trends, and best practices
- Experience engaging, influencing and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel globally, pending business need
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience working across geographies and cultures (preferred)
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
