The Role:
- Provide 1st line IT support
- Password resets
- Hardware and Software support
- Ensure new starters have the correct equipment
- Image laptops
- Escalate tickets when appropriate
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience providing IT support
- Familiar with Active Directory and supporting Office 36
- Within a commutable distance of Cambridge
- Excellent communication skills
- Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
- Have been in the UK for a minimum of 5 years
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
