1st Line IT Support

Cambridge

£25,500


With fantastic progression, learning and growth opportunities, this role could be suitable if you have previous experience providing 1stline support and keen to get involved with a company you can progress within.


The Role:


  • Provide 1st line IT support
  • Password resets
  • Hardware and Software support
  • Ensure new starters have the correct equipment
  • Image laptops
  • Escalate tickets when appropriate

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 6 months experience providing IT support
  • Familiar with Active Directory and supporting Office 36
  • Within a commutable distance of Cambridge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
  • Have been in the UK for a minimum of 5 years
