Role Summary/Purpose of job
Works as part of the Rates and Timekeeping Team within the Pricing Support Unit (PSU) Department on day-to-day responsibilities of the team in relation to rates, timekeeping and financial system data.

Key responsibilities and deliverables- Working within the Rates and Timekeeping team on rates implementation and organizational system and rates changes- Working to support the broader PSU department to accurately capture panel information and provide proposed systems solutions to complex rates matters- Supporting housekeeping and financial systems data- Supporting the Timekeeping process by assisting internal teams with the management of grading information and time recording numbers as part of the Starter, Mover, Leaver (SML) process- Ensuring familiarisation and understanding of the finance system in depth in order to carry out Rate and Timekeeping duties efficiently, investigate any system errors and make or recommend amendments- Extracting analytical information from XL cube- Providing support to the Rates and Timekeeping team within Pricing Support with ad hoc responsibilities from time to time
Key requirements (skills/experience)
Required:
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Comfortable dealing with local and global stakeholders in relation to rates, timekeeping and finance system matters
- Confident and professional manner with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to analyse and interpret data well and work through problems in a reasoned manner
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage own time effectively
- Selfmotivating and proactive, especially when under pressure
- Strong team player
Desirable:
- Experience with 3E or similar finance systems
- Previous experience in a corporate environment such as legal, professional services, financial services
