Job description:

At Digital Waffle we are on the hunt for our very own Head of Content and Social Media, to join our busy recruitment agency, working to create eye-catching content across Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and the website.
"We aren't like other recruitment agencies" is our favourite statement, and not because we are a "pick me" company Our office is vibrant and friendly, and we have a massive emphasis on team culture, making us a great place to work (if I do say so myself).

Location:
Birmingham City Centre (Three days in office)

Salary:
£30,000 to £40,000 per annum

At least four years' worth of experience in a content and socialfocused role
The ability to work independently, and the ability to take ownership of your work
Use of relevant software including Canva, Semrush, Adobe Suite, Capcut, and others
Comfortable creating graphics for our social media accounts, as well as video content
Confident in your analytical skills, with the ability to deliver reports on the engagement of your posts
Forwardthinking and eager to stay up to date with market trends, so that our content is always ahead of the curve
