Sales Administrator - Chessington
£24-25,000 per annum
Temporary to Permanent - Full-time
As sales administrator, you will support the branch in maximising enquiry conversations to orders in order for the company to achieve sales budgets.
Reporting to the office manager responsibilities will include:
- Input sales orders and sales order amendments
- Support sales team by answering calls
- Produce delivery notes
- Prior to invoicing receive and check completed sales delivery notes and review sales order book for pricing anomalies.
- Process credit notes
- Process sales quotations
- Maintain required levels of branch stationery, office and canteen consumables
- Maintain branch filing and paperwork systems
It is important the you are numerate as this role will involve producing various quotesand have an eye to detail to spot any mistakes.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
